l wanted to provide Tyler and Gerd Griffin some feedback on my experiences with the company over the past year. In particular our back flow compliance with the City of Guelph and the City of Cambridge both whom operate with different methods of the compliance. Secure Water Systems was asked to step in and assist us with the annual back flow compliance and the 5 year resurveys, this was over whelming to us. We have over 300 tenant s to deal with at 3 different properties. Secures back flow survey was performed in great detail and supported with spread sheets that where acceptable to the different building departments. They developed good relationships with the Back flow Compliance Officers (this was very helpful). The submission of the proper required documents in all municipalities was professional and in formats acceptable to them. I am very pleased with the relationship Secure Water Systems has developed with our properties and myself. I would highly recommend Secure Water Systems and their teams to provide all your back flow and plumbing needs. They performed way above what was expected.
